The tiles are beautiful with a glossy finish.
When I placed my order, I was immediately contacted by Diflart Customer Service and told that due to present day conditions, my order would not be able to ship for 10-12 days ,and would that be a problem for my job schedule. I replied that I was not in a hurry and to proceed with order.
Within 5 days I had received 8 of the 9 boxes of tile. There always seems to be a problem child with an order of this size, and the ninth box took an additional 5 days to arrive.
My tile guy told me to do a dry layout, and when I did I discovered three tiles, out of the forty I had received did not have the luster of the others. In doing the dry layout, I realized I had ordered more tile than I needed, even for spares.
I contacted Diflart Customer Service and told them about the three tiles and I had over ordered.
They told me when I received the last box they would refund one box to my credit card. And you know what? When I got the last box they e-mailed me and said they would issue a refund. The only thing is, the refund had already been issued.
I can’t say I’ll do any more tile work. At my age this is my last rodeo. But I can speak for Diflart’s Customer Service. They keep this up they will be around for a long time.
Other than the refund for the last box, I received no other compensation for my comment.
These guys are the real deal.
